PROJECT: Total renovation and interior design of a pied à terre apartment 69m² with turnkey services
CLIENTS: A couple from NY purchased the (commercial) property to use both as a year round Airbnb and a personal pied-à-terre
PROGRAM: Provide easy to use optimized spaces with the comfort of guests in mind
DESIGN: Totally reorganize the plan to include 2 bedrooms and a den, 2 bathrooms, WC, numerous built-in closets and an open kitchen giving it a loft like ambiance
DECO: Restrained color palette was chosen to stage oak floors and create a soothing environment for weary travelers
